Old Schuylerville Ventures was organized in the early seventies to save and renovate the historic "Bullard Block" in the heart of the Village. Today it is one of Schuylerville's proudest landlords.
Walter Grom, managing partner of Old Schuylerville Ventures is one of the area's most envied landlords. The beautiful building that his organization operates is a much sought after venue for all kinds of professional services, shops, studios and offices. Currently the ground floor houses Mascia's Violin Shop, The Riverfront Studios, Old Saratoga Books, The office of Dr. Bruce Harro, and The Barking Frog.
